We want you to feel amazing in your lingerie. If it’s not the perfect match, you have 30 days to send it back and choose something you truly love.


How to Start a Return

1. Email us at returns@lovegoodlingerie.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send you a return label within 1 business day.
3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at any post office.
4. We’ll send you store credit within 10 business days — ready to use on a new order for any style or size you love.

Important

We can only accept returns we’ve approved in advance, so be sure to email us first.
Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant marks, or lingering fragrance.


Return Fees & Store Credits

• All returns are issued as store credit.
• Store credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you’re ready.
• Return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
• Items that can’t be exchanged will also have a 20% restocking fee in addition to return shipping.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us immediately at returns@lovegoodlingerie.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll take care of it right away.
